30-day returns
If you change your mind, you can return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
Your legal right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel it, and a further 14 days to return the goods. Our 30-day policy is offered in addition to this right and does not affect it.
How to return an item
- Email us with your order number and the item you wish to return.
- We will send you return instructions and the return address.
- Post the item back to us, keeping your proof of postage.
Faulty items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the item.
Items we cannot accept back
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
