Free standard delivery

We offer free standard delivery on orders within the United Kingdom. [EVERLY TO CONFIRM: state here if free delivery has any minimum order value or excluded items — if none, this line can stay as-is.]

Where we deliver, and estimated times

Delivery times vary by destination. Please treat the figures below as illustrative until confirmed and replace them with your actual carrier commitments before publishing:

• UK Standard Delivery: [EVERLY TO CONFIRM]
• USA: [EVERLY TO CONFIRM]
• Europe: [EVERLY TO CONFIRM]
• Canada: [EVERLY TO CONFIRM]
• Australia: [EVERLY TO CONFIRM]
• Other international destinations: [EVERLY TO CONFIRM]

[EVERLY TO CONFIRM: if you haven't yet enabled international shipping zones in Shopify, remove the non-UK rows above until you have — don't advertise delivery to a country you can't currently ship to.]

Processing and dispatch

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within [EVERLY TO CONFIRM] working days of being placed. You'll receive an order confirmation by email when you order, and a dispatch confirmation with tracking information, where the carrier provides it, once your order ships.

Shipping costs

Any delivery charge is calculated and shown clearly in your basket and again at checkout before you pay. We don't add hidden fees afterwards.

International fulfilment

Orders may be dispatched from one of our UK or international fulfilment locations, depending on the item and current stock. We remain fully responsible for your order reaching you in good condition, regardless of where it's dispatched from.

Customs and duties

For orders delivered outside the UK, import duties or local taxes may apply. [EVERLY TO CONFIRM: whether these are included in your price (DDP) or payable by the customer on delivery (DAP/DDU) — this needs to be decided and stated clearly before international shipping is enabled, since it materially affects the customer's total cost.]

Multiple parcels

If your order includes items with different dispatch times or fulfilment locations, we may send them separately at no extra cost to you, and your basket will show the estimated timing for each item before you check out.

Tracking

Where the carrier supports it, your dispatch confirmation email will include a tracking link or number.

Delays and peak periods

Occasionally deliveries take longer than estimated — due to courier delays, customs processing, or peak periods such as major sales events or holidays. We'll keep you updated if we're aware of a delay affecting your order.

Incorrect delivery address

Please double-check your address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you spot an error — we can usually amend it before dispatch, but can't guarantee a change once an order has shipped.

Failed delivery, or a parcel marked "delivered" that hasn't arrived

If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will normally leave a card or attempt redelivery, depending on their process. If your tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, contact contact@everlywatches.com within a reasonable time so we can investigate with the courier — we won't simply close the matter because the tracking says "delivered."

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order is confirmed lost in transit, or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, your choice. Responsibility for your order reaching you safely stays with Everly Watches, not the courier, from your point of view as the customer — we'll handle any claim against the carrier ourselves.

Cancellation for late delivery

If we miss an agreed delivery date that was essential, or fail to deliver within a reasonable time after that, you may be entitled to cancel and receive a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us if this happens and we'll resolve it promptly.

Customer support

Questions about a delivery can be sent to contact@everlywatches.com[EVERLY TO CONFIRM: add phone number and support hours here if you want to offer them].

EVERLY ACTION REQUIRED: replace every [EVERLY TO CONFIRM] delivery-time and customs placeholder above with your actual confirmed figures before publishing this policy — publishing invented delivery times or duty terms is the one thing in this pack most likely to cause a real customer complaint or a Trading Standards issue, since it would be a factual claim customers rely on.
