How do I track my order?
You will receive a dispatch email with tracking details where available.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched we can usually amend or cancel it.
Delivery
Is delivery really free?
Yes, on every order, with no minimum spend.
Why do items have different delivery times?
Different products are dispatched from different warehouses. We show the estimate for each item so you always know before ordering.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at present.

How long do I have to return something?

Which payment methods do you accept?
All major debit and credit cards, plus the digital wallets shown at checkout.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify's secure checkout and we never see your card details.
